Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting for the Parish of Findern will be held on Thursday 22 April 2021 at 7pm.
THE MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC.
This is the annual meeting for the Parish of Findern; in addition to the annual report from the Parish Council, this is an opportunity for groups and organisations active in the village to give an update to residents on their activities over the previous year; and for parishioners on the Electoral Roll to raise any matters of concern to them that relates to their local community.
In accordance with the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020, the meeting will be held via Zoom Meetings software.

This is an opportunity for groups and organisations active in the village to give an update to residents

5)Matters raised by electors
To consider any matters raised by electors. The Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners
on the Electoral Roll to raise any matters of concern to them that relates to their local community.
It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential.
Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.
