Findern Parish Council is looking for volunteers to help with projects around Findern and Highfields, and within the parish boundary.

Can you spare some time, no matter how much or little?

Maybe you may have a particular trade or talent that could benefit your local community?

The Council would like to form a group of volunteers who will help with things like a community litter pick at Highfields; or helping Findern Footpaths Group plant trees at the nature reserve at Cardales Meadow; or help maintain the Rights of Way around the parish, keeping them clear for use.

Hopefully soon, we can think about community events such as the summer fayre and a Christmas event; we need volunteers to help with these too. Also, the Village Hall is always in need of volunteers to help with the running of this important asset in Findern. Maybe this is something that you would like to help with?
